Nanjing City's multiple departments continue to carry out joint actions to crack down on violations by "self-media" accounts and brokerage agencies.

On December 19, the Nanjing Housing Authority, together with the departments of internet information, public security, market supervision, etc., targeted some self-media and real estate brokerage agencies for illegal information release related to housing, and conducted joint talks to educate accounts and agencies such as "Nanjing Purchasing Property", "Qixia District Wuchenghecheng - Wang Meili", "Hexi Southern Selection House Official", "Chengcheng - Nanjing Selling Property", "Nanjing Zixuan Talks about Housing", "Nanjing Property Market Toxic Tongue - A Zhen", "Nanjing Bogey Discusses the Property Market" and other "self-media" accounts and agencies. The meeting required all accounts and agencies to immediately conduct a comprehensive self-examination, timely remove illegal information, regulate online information release and real estate brokerage services. Since the start of the special rectification work, various departments have continued to advance and carry out in-depth rectification, strengthened management of housing-related "self-media" information release, taken down over 7000 suspected illegal information, jointly assessed more than 4000 key suspected illegal clues, handled over 1000 illegal information, held talks with over 200 housing-related "self-media" accounts and agencies, publicly exposed 34 "self-media" accounts and agencies with serious violations, suspended the net signing qualifications of 3 agencies according to the law and contract.
