According to multiple independent sources, recently Ideal Automobile has reorganized and merged departments related to the supply chain, integrating the former "Parts Cluster" under the Intelligent Automobile Group into "Manufacturing", all managed by Ideal Automobile's Vice President Li Bin. Li Bin reported to President Ma Donghui that the former head of the Parts Department, Luo Ping, has resigned. Prior to the merger, the Parts Cluster had nearly a thousand employees. After the merger, the entire Manufacturing department now has over ten thousand employees, making it the largest primary department within the Intelligent Automobile Group, accounting for one-third of the total workforce. "The merger is to consolidate similar units. Originally, it was planned according to a production capacity of 2 million, but now there is not as much capacity, so it is necessary to merge some departments with similar functions," a source within Ideal's supply chain told us.
