According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Tencent Group (02011.HK) announced that its subsidiary, Kaiyi Guangdong, plans to sell all the equity of Kaiyi (Hubei) Zipper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to Yichuang (Hubei) Lalian Co., Ltd. on December 19, 2025 (after trading hours) for a price of 40 million RMB. Kaiyi Hubei is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of zipper products.
