Chinese Confucianism (00136) completed the issuance of the second batch of subscribed shares.

Wisdom Financial News APP, China Confucianism (00136) announced that a total of 400 million subscription shares were issued and distributed at a subscription price of HK$2.60 per share on December 18, 2025. A total of 790 million subscription shares have been issued and distributed according to the first and second batch of subscription matters, with an average subscription price of approximately HK$2.80 per share. The total amount raised from the subscription matters is approximately HK$2.21 billion.
