According to the announcement by ST Lingnan, as of December 18, 2025, the total amount of new undisclosed litigation and arbitration cases involving the company and its subsidiaries in the past twelve consecutive months is approximately 191 million yuan, accounting for 17.95% of the net assets attributable to the parent company in the most recent audited period. The total amount of litigation and arbitration cases in which the company and its subsidiaries are plaintiffs is 57.75 million yuan, accounting for 30.22% of the total amount; the total amount of litigation and arbitration cases in which the company and its subsidiaries are defendants is 133 million yuan, accounting for 69.78% of the total amount.
