Beijing lifts yellow alert for severe air pollution

According to the monitoring of air quality, the air quality in our city has improved. In accordance with the "Beijing Air Heavy Pollution Emergency Response Plan", the Office of the City Air Heavy Pollution Emergency Command Headquarters lifted the yellow warning for heavy air pollution at 8:00 pm on December 19, 2025.
