Pride has filed a lawsuit against Shanghai Minhang District People's Court regarding the trade contract dispute with Sachi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jichi Tire Co., Ltd., requesting the defendant to pay the remaining debt of 48.7971 million yuan and overdue payment default interest and other expenses. As of September 30, 2025, the company has made a provision for bad debts of 4.3189 million yuan, and there is a risk of further provisioning in the future, which may have an adverse impact on the company's performance.
