Tianchen Group: Subsidiary invested 25.5 million yuan to establish a joint venture company.

Tianchen Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianchen Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., and Yancheng Daxiang New Energy Co., Ltd. jointly invested to establish Tianchen Daxiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Tianchen Energy Storage contributed 25.5 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the registered capital; Yancheng Daxiang New Energy contributed 24.5 million yuan, accounting for 49% of the registered capital.
