Zhixun Financial App News, Yimei International Holdings (01870.HK) announced that all the conditions precedent stipulated in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement has been completed on December 19, 2025 in accordance with its terms and conditions. A total of 30 million shares were placed, equivalent to approximately 3.04% of the issued share capital of the company prior to the completion of the placement, and as of the date of this announcement, the company has issued share capital of approximately 2.95% after the issuance and placement of all placement shares. The placement shares were successfully placed and issued at a price of HK$0.55 per share to at least six independent placing agents.
