According to the Zhitong Financial APP, Sengye (06069.HK) announced that on December 19, 2025, Shenglong (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), Sengye Factoring (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), and Ningbo Guofu (an affiliated company of the Company) entered into a supplementary financing support agreement to support the business development of Ningbo Guofu and provide financing support for the supply chain finance business conducted by Ningbo Guofu.
