Tencent Finance News, Chengdu Xinda (688222.SH) announced that the Rongchuang Xindao Fund established by the company will invest 40 million yuan in Mo Sheng Intelligent Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. ("Mo Sheng Intelligent") through capital increase. In the Rongchuang Xindao Fund, Chengdu Xinda is a limited partner with a contribution ratio of 40%. According to the fund partnership agreement and its ancillary agreements, the fund will be included in Chengdu Xinda's consolidated financial statements. After the capital increase, the Rongchuang Xindao Fund will acquire 51% of the equity of the target company, and the target company will be included in the consolidated financial statements of Chengdu Xinda.
