China Construction International (03311.HK) subsidiary China Construction International Investment entered into a factoring arrangement.

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION INTERNATIONAL (03311.HK) announced that on December 19, 2025, China State Construction International Investment (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a factoring arrangement. On the same day, China State Construction International Investment entered into an accounts receivable transfer agreement with Wenzhou Haisheng; and entered into a factoring agreement with China Construction Commercial Factoring, which is related to the transfer of accounts receivable to China Construction Commercial Factoring. China Construction Commercial Factoring will provide a principal amount of RMB 300 million to China State Construction International Investment at a discount rate of 91% and provide accounts receivable factoring services for a period not exceeding twenty-four months from the date of withdrawal in accordance with the factoring agreement.
