Jiangnan Chemical: Liu Lu resigns as vice president of the company.

Jiangnan Chemical announced on December 19th that the company's board of directors recently received a written report from Liu Lu resigning from the position of vice president. Due to job transfer, Liu Lu submitted his resignation from the position of vice president to the company's board of directors. After resigning from the position of vice president, Liu Lu will still hold other positions in the company's holding subsidiaries. According to relevant regulations such as the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, Liu Lu's resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
