Wisdom Financial News APP news, Beijing JiaYe (02210) announced that, according to the rules of the stock appreciation rights incentive plan, due to the conditions for exercise not being met, the initially granted 3.42 million stock appreciation rights (including 370,000 stock appreciation rights held by three incentive objects who have lost their eligibility) and the reserved 400,000 stock appreciation rights will be cancelled. After the cancellation, the 3.42 million/ total of 3.82 million stock appreciation rights will become invalid and cannot be exercised again.
