The transfer of shares has been completed and registered, with the registration date being December 18, 2025. After this transfer, the company's controlling shareholder has changed to Zhuzhou Qichuang, and the actual controller has changed to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Zhuzhou Municipal People's Government.
