National Exhibition Electronic: Chairman Mei Bin retires and resigns due to reaching retirement age.

The National Exhibition Center announced that Mr. Meibin, the chairman of the company and the legal representative, submitted a written resignation report on December 19, 2025 due to retirement. He resigned from the positions of Chairman of the second Board of Directors, Director, and Chairman of the Strategic Committee of the Board of Directors, and no longer serves as the legal representative of the company. After resigning, Mr. Meibin will no longer hold any position in the company. The company will soon fulfill the process of electing new directors and appointing a new legal representative.
