Great Wall Electric Power Co., Ltd. announcement: The wholly-owned subsidiary, Changkai Factory Co., Ltd., intends to transfer all the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to another wholly-owned subsidiary, Power Engineering Co., Ltd., for free. After the transfer is completed, Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Engineering Co., Ltd. This equity transfer does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
