As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Taiji Limited held 153.8124 million shares of the company, accounting for 27.89% of the total share capital; after the release of the pledge, it and the concerted parties have a cumulative pledged shares of 28.34 million shares, accounting for 18.43% of its shareholding and 5.14% of the company's total share capital. The shares released from the pledge this time have no follow-up pledge plan, and there is no risk of forced liquidation or change in controlling rights.
