On December 19th, Gongyuan announced that the company will integrate its business in the East China region and relocate all production lines of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Gongyuan. After the relocation, sales in the Shanghai region will be taken over by Gongyuan Pipeline Sales Co., Ltd., while all production equipment of Shanghai Gongyuan will be relocated to other production bases in the East China region. The business integration and production line relocation will be organized and implemented by the company's management team.
