Zhtng Cijng APP News, Gngyun Gfn (002641.SZ) announced that the company will integrate its business in the East China region and relocate all production lines of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Gongyuan. After the relocation, the sales business in Shanghai will be taken over by Gongyuan Pipeline Sales (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Gongyuan Sales"), and all production equipment of Shanghai Gongyuan will be relocated to other production bases in the East China region (including Jiangsu production base, Anhui production base, Huangyan production base).
