According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Zhejiang Province Sci-Tech Direct Investment Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise was established, with the executing partners being Nali Jia and Shao Jue. The registered capital is approximately 8.08 billion RMB, with the business scope including activities such as equity investment, investment management, and asset management through private equity funds. The equity investments and venture capital are jointly invested by ABC Capital Management Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Province Innovation Investment Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Province Social Security Technology Innovation Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise, and Hangzhou Jinchuang Dingxin Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise.
