Some were charged 30,000 yuan, and even some users paid 300,000 yuan. In the early morning of December 19th, Lanzhou rail transit issued an apology letter for the payment anomaly, stating that during the issuance of the electronic ticket, due to network congestion, the system repeatedly calculated the amount incorrectly, resulting in inconsistency between the ticket price and the displayed amount, leading to abnormal payment links. Passengers who have already paid abnormal ticket fees have been fully refunded the ticket fees and also received a free 100-ride Lanzhou rail transit electronic ticket card.
