With the gradual retirement of 2G, all intelligent connected services for vehicles equipped with first-generation T-BOX will face interruption risks. The company will initiate a service guarantee plan for first-generation T-BOX vehicles: starting today, the CFMOTO APP has disabled the smart connected recharge function for first-generation T-BOX vehicles to avoid incurring additional fees; for all first-generation T-BOX users currently within the paid period of the intelligent connected service, CFMOTO APP will automatically initiate a refund of the balance before January 1, 2026, returning the amount to the original payment account. In addition, starting from January 1, 2026, vehicle owners can also contact the authorized store in their area to schedule an appointment for replacement with the second-generation T-BOX service.
