Several measures to support the high-quality development of Guangxi's key metal industry through financial and fiscal support have been issued. Among them, expanding capital market financing is mentioned. This includes supporting the issuance of science and technology innovation bonds, green bonds, and thematic financial bonds; establishing a reserve enterprise pool for key metal companies after listing to promote equity financing; supporting the establishment of key metal industry funds and introducing "patient capital"; and supporting listed companies in mergers and acquisitions to enhance industry concentration.
