CITIC Securities Huang Wentao: Suggest to relax some cities' restrictions on real estate and automobile consumption.

2026 Economic and Financial Annual Conference: Forecast and Strategy and 2025 Global Wealth Management Forum was held on December 18-20, 2025 in Beijing. Huang Wentao, Chief Economist of CITIC Securities, stated that we should encourage the development of new types of consumption such as paragliding, hot air balloons, sailing, ice and snow, and low-altitude economy, and transform idle operational venues into cultural and sports venues to meet the diversified consumption needs of residents. In addition, restrictions on real estate and automobile consumption in some cities should be relaxed to further unleash the potential of bulk consumption.
