According to the news from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the development of biomanufacturing, in accordance with the "Notice on the Cultivation of Pilot Construction Platforms for Biomanufacturing Capabilities", the list of pilot construction platforms for biomanufacturing capabilities has been formed through procedures such as recommendation by provincial competent departments, expert evaluation, and public announcement to the society. The platforms included in the list in various regions focus on their respective service areas, continue to increase resource inputs, strengthen hardware and software construction and professional talent training, constantly improve the platform's openness and pilot service level; at the same time, they should reasonably set service prices and strictly charge according to the publicly announced standards and scope, conscientiously fulfill responsibilities and obligations such as intellectual property protection, and shall not unreasonably refuse the pilot service needs of other units and individuals. Units and individuals with pilot service needs in biomanufacturing are advised to seek pilot services from relevant platforms based on the information such as the name of the unit, service area, address, contact information, etc. listed in the list.
