On December 18, the administrator of Hezhong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. announced the results of the open recruitment of the operating and managing entrusted party. According to the recruitment announcement requirements, interested entrusted parties should submit their application materials to the administrator before 5:00 pm on December 12, 2025. By the deadline, a total of two interested institutions submitted their application materials. Based on the evaluation results, one of the interested institutions was selected as the operating and managing entrusted party. Subsequently, the administrator will lawfully sign the "Operating Management Entrustment Agreement" with the entrusted party, fulfill the duties of supervision and assistance, jointly promote the entrusted operating management work, and ensure the smooth implementation of the bankruptcy reorganization process in this case.
