Apple and Google make adjustments in Japan.

Apple will allow Japanese users to use third-party app stores and payment methods under the framework of the "Mobile App Store Compliance Act", and introduce a notary mechanism and new commission structure; Google will expand billing payment options and browser/search selection interface.
