Saizhong Technology (00580.HK) subsidiary signed an agreement with a subsidiary of Nanjing Nari Group for supply of electronic components for offshore wind power projects.

Zhixin Finance APP News, Sparkle Technology (00580.HK) announced that recently, its subsidiary (supplier) has signed an agreement with a subsidiary (buyer) of Nanjing Nari Relays Electric Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Nari). According to the agreement, the buyer will purchase a total amount of approximately RMB 143 million (including tax) of power electronic devices, and the supplier will deliver them in batches in the first half of 2026. These power electronic devices will be used in offshore wind power projects.
