National Shield Quantum: Chairman Mr. Lu Pin passed away unfortunately.

Guodun Quantum announced that Mr. Lu Pin, the chairman of the company, has passed away. Mr. Lu Pin has been serving as the chairman of the company since May 2025, and also served as the chairman of the Strategic and Investment Committee, as well as a member of the Compensation and Evaluation Committee.
