Zhijia Financial News APP, Newly Dada Holdings (08471.HK) announced that on December 18, 2025, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Xinda Functional Textile Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 24% equity of Hangda Yongjin Agricultural High-tech Co., Ltd. from Tianjin Zhonghe Seed Industry Co., Ltd., with a total consideration of RMB 11.6 million. After the acquisition, the target company will be held by the buyer with 24% equity, while the remaining 76% equity will continue to be held by the seller.
