Shandong Lujing Expressway announced that on December 18, 2025, the company signed a loan contract with Shandong Lujing Energy Technology, providing a loan of up to 50 million yuan to Shandong Lujing Energy Technology, with a loan term of one year. On the same day, the company signed a guarantee contract with Zhengchen Technology for this loan. Zhengchen Technology, as the guarantor, will provide joint liability guarantee for this loan.
