Financial news from the Wisdom Financial APP: CIMC Group (02039.HK) announced that, in order to meet the housing needs of employees in Dongguan and attract and retain key talents for the company's operations in Dongguan, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen CIMC Innovation Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen CIMC Innovation"), intends to purchase 188 residential units in the Songshan Lake CIMC Zhuhui Garden in Dongguan held by Shenzhen Chenyu Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Chenyu Company"). The main purpose of this purchase is for self-use to meet the housing needs of employees in Dongguan, with a transaction price of approximately RMB 293 million.
