On December 18, 2025, at the China Digital Entertainment Conference, held as the core aggregation area of the national digital cultural industry, the Tianhe District of Guangzhou City announced policy measures to promote the high-quality development of the digital cultural industry. These measures include "Several Policy Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of Cultural Industry Parks and Game Esports Industry in Tianhe District, Guangzhou" and "Several Policy Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of Cultural Tourism and Sports Industry in Tianhe District, Guangzhou", through precise support to promote the deep integration and innovative development of digital technology and cultural industries. The related policies focus on optimizing the industrial spatial carriers, providing one-time support of up to 1 million yuan, 500,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan, and 100,000 yuan respectively to the operating units of national, provincial, municipal-level cultural industry demonstration parks, and municipal cultural industry parks, and can also support them according to the principle of "not duplicating high support". At the same time, to encourage the development of industrial clusters, for each new cultural enterprise nurtured in the cultural industry park with annual operating income reaching 20 million yuan, 50 million yuan, and 100 million yuan, the operating units of the park will be provided with a one-time support of up to 100,000 yuan, 150,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan respectively, and cultural enterprises will be given one-time support of up to 50,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, 150,000 yuan respectively.
