Trump Media will merge with TAE to build a nuclear fusion business.

Trump Media & Technology Group and TAE Technologies have agreed to merge in an all-stock deal worth over $6 billion. The announcement on Thursday revealed that the merger will create one of the world's first publicly traded nuclear fusion companies. The company plans to begin construction of the world's first commercial-scale nuclear fusion power plant next year, subject to necessary approvals. After the completion of the transaction, each company's shareholders will own approximately 50% of the merged company on a fully diluted basis.
