Qianyuan Power announced that the company and Wujiang Company have jointly increased their capital in Beiyuan Company by the same proportion, totaling 184 million yuan, with the company increasing its capital by 108 million yuan and Wujiang Company increasing its capital by 76.0656 million yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Beiyuan Company increased from 375 million yuan to 559 million yuan, while the proportion of shareholder contributions remained unchanged.
