Baiji Shenzhou: Appoints Wang Lai as the company's president

BeiGene announced that the Board of Directors has agreed to appoint Dr. Wang Lai as the company's President and Global Head of Research and Development, responsible for managing the company's R&D, business expansion, and business alliance relationship management functions. Dr. Wang Lai has been serving as the company's Global Head of Research and Development since April 2021, having joined the company in 2011 and held various R&D leadership positions prior to this appointment.
