Zhimedia Financial News APP, Huahai Chengke (688535.SH) announced that its shareholder Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd. intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized competitive trading in order to meet its own funding needs. The total number of shares to be reduced shall not exceed 960,100 shares, or 1% of the total share capital of the company. The total number of shares to be sold within any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of company shares.
