On the morning of December 18th, at the government service hall of the Hainan International Shipping Registry Administration, the representative of the ship owner of the vessel "De Fu 1200" received the ship ownership certificate from the director of the Hainan International Shipping Registry Administration, Cai Yinghong. This signifies that the vessel "De Fu 1200" has become the first international vessel to be registered at the "China Yangpu Port" after the full island closure of Hainan Free Trade Port began on December 18th. On the same day, along with the "De Fu 1200", two other large international vessels, "Hua Shun You 698" and "Hongjin Shuo", also registered at the port. "The three international vessels have different types, covering key areas such as cargo transportation and engineering construction, fully demonstrating the comprehensive attractiveness of the ship registration port of 'China Yangpu Port'," Cai Yinghong said.
