On December 17th, under the "Elderly Mode" on Douyin, a new "Elderly Anti-Lost Mode" was added. This feature supports users aged 60 and above to activate. After verifying personal information, users can bind an emergency contact, set the address of the safety zone center, and define the range of the safety zone. When the anti-lost system detects that the user has left the designated area, the emergency contact will receive a Douyin pop-up message as a reminder. If a family member is confirmed missing, they can launch a search with just one click on Douyin.
