After running smoothly for 11 years, the "South-to-North Water Diversion" project has delivered over 115 billion cubic meters of water to Beijing.

The flowing south water moistens the capital city. The latest data shows that as of December 16, 2025, the South-to-North Water Diversion Project's central route has transferred over 11.5 billion cubic meters of water to Beijing.
