Chengdi Hong Kong announced that it recently signed guarantee contracts with Bank of Shanghai Jing'an Branch and Citibank Shanghai Branch respectively, providing a joint and several guarantee of 16.3 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdi Construction Group Co., Ltd. The amount does not exceed the annual estimated limit and there is no counter-guarantee. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries to external parties is 4.599 billion yuan, accounting for 129.51% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. The guarantee this time is for the financing needs of the subsidiary's operations, with manageable risks that will not have any adverse impact on the company.
