Runfeng Group Announcement: The fifth board of directors of the company approved the proposal on changing some of the raised investment projects and using the remaining over-raised funds to invest in new projects at the third meeting. It was agreed to terminate the implementation of some of the raised investment projects, and to invest the remaining raised funds and over-raised funds in the global registration project of pesticide products. The original raised investment projects include the 9,000-ton Kexin project, the 38,800-ton herbicide project (30,000 tons/year glyphosate soluble granule, 25,000 tons/year glyphosate continuous technological transformation project). The change in the amount of raised funds for investment is 470 million yuan. The total investment in the new project is 746 million yuan, with plans to register pesticide products in countries such as the European Union, Brazil, Australia, Russia, and Ukraine.
