Announcement of Zhejiang University Netcom: Shareholder Zhejiang Netcom Group Co., Ltd. will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 9.9988 million shares through centralized bidding trading method from September 18, 2025 to December 17, 2025, accounting for approximately 0.97% of the total share capital of the company. The price range for the reduction is from 9.48 yuan/share to 12.24 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 106 million yuan. After the reduction, Netcom Group will hold 64.75 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.30% of the total share capital.
