Announcement of Zhongwei Corporation: As of the date of this announcement, Shanghai Venture Capital Limited holds 93,483,500 shares of the company, accounting for 14.93% of the total share capital. In the previous disclosed reduction plan, Shanghai Venture Capital plans to reduce no more than 6,261,500 shares through block trading between December 22, 2025 and March 21, 2026, which is not more than 1% of the total share capital. As of December 18, 2025, the reduction period has not yet begun, and Shanghai Venture Capital has not implemented the reduction plan.
