Shandong Expressway announced that in accordance with relevant regulations such as "Enterprise Accounting Standard No. 2 - Long-term Equity Investment" and "Enterprise Accounting Standard No. 8 - Impairment of Assets", the company plans to make a provision of approximately 690 million yuan for the impairment of long-term equity investment in Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. in the 2025 fiscal year, which is expected to result in a decrease of approximately 690 million yuan in the total profit of the company's consolidated financial statements for the year 2025.
