Asia Create Energy announced that the company and its holding subsidiary, Asia Create Energy Technology Co., Ltd., have been sued by China Railway Fourth Bureau Group Co., Ltd. to the Intermediate People's Court of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, due to a construction project dispute, involving an amount of 152 million yuan in project funds and related interest. Currently, the case has not been heard in court, and the impact on the company's current or future profits is uncertain. In addition, the total amount of new litigation involving the company and its subsidiaries is 130 million yuan.
