(01635.HK) has received a notice from its controlling shareholder, China Vanke Group, stating that it has pledged a portion of the company's shares. A total of 17 million shares were pledged in this transaction. Following this pledge, China Vanke Group now holds a cumulative total of 197 million shares of A shares, representing 36.60% of its total holdings.
