Xin Dairy announced that in 2019, the company signed an "Investment Cooperation Agreement" with Ye Songjing, acquiring 55% equity of Xin'ao Dairy and Xin'ao Ranch. The business registration change was completed at the beginning of 2020. In 2023, the company signed a "Supplementary Agreement" with related parties. The parties involved in the transaction confirmed that the transaction price for acquiring 55% equity of the new company was 111 million yuan. As of November 2025, the company has paid a total of 109 million yuan. Recently, the company completed the payment of the remaining equity transfer payment of 2.3146 million yuan, and the Fuzhou Aussie Cattle Acquisition Project was completed.
