Australia partially terminates anti-dumping investigation on hot-rolled deformed steel bars from Indonesia and other countries.

On December 16, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Notice No. 2025/125, making a final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of hot-rolled deformed steel bars imported from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam. The ruling is as follows: 1. Hot-rolled deformed steel bars exported by PT Ispat Panca Putera from Indonesia and Southern Steel Berhad from Malaysia are not subject to dumping. The products involved in the investigation exported by PT Putra Baja Deli from Indonesia and Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company from Vietnam are found to be dumped, but the margin of dumping is minimal, therefore the anti-dumping investigation against the mentioned exporters is terminated.
